This is my first ever attempt to creating a BLOG on my website. My children feel very comfortable in this enviroment, I do not. I have been online since the the early days of Prodigy. Although I never stayed long at any one of the turnkey services, prodigy, AOL, Earthlink, to name just a few. I found I like having my own server so I could have direct access and restrictions. I've been all around the internet, websites, email, and online services, just never felt the need to BLOG. I'm not a writer as you'll probably notice, not sure what I will gain from this experience, but I am interested in the new technology and feel compelled to learn this new frontier as well.
I am a new Realtor, started selling in January 2006, you can imagine how surprised I was at the speed which the market went south. I watched the numbers in 2003, 2004, & 2005...Amazing growth and everyone I knew just trying to keep up with the demand. I wonder if the market had ever been easier.
I didn't decide to get my license because of the fever pitch, it was more a feeling that my background and experience had well prepared me to be productive and successful in the business. I love this business, its fun, challenging, and hugly rewarding. I feel empowered when I've help everyone one of my clients though thier transactions.
